Our customers get telephone support during extended hours. If you have purchased a system or upgrade from us and you have a problem with it, you can call during these hours.

If you do call with a computer problem and don't talk to a human immediately, please do leave a message with your name and phone number. We will return the call as soon as possible.
Not to make life harder for you, but here's the scoop: If we have never done business with you or your company in the past, calling us on our sales and service lines will not change that. In fact, the odds of selling your wares decrease with each call (Yes, we can tell). Individual e-mails (not mass-copied e-mails) or snail mail is the only way to contact us. If what you have to offer passes our preliminary approval, we will call for more information or to order.
Triangle PC Depot has adopted the policy of not taking on new vendors or buying anything as a result of a voice telephone call if we have not done business in the past. This is for real. We take time on the phone with our customers and we will not spend that time with unknown vendors. There are dozens of vendors out there trying to sell to us what you sell -- if you cold call us, you are out of the running.
